Amazon provides tons of information, guidelines, documentation, and training videos which you can access via the search bar at the top right of your seller central account.
You can also contact Amazon seller support directly. Just be aware that they might give you inaccurate information, because they are not used to helping people who sell using their own private label.
If an Amazon seller support representative gives you an answer that sounds wrong or conflicts with information shared in our community forum, call back and try to reach a different support representative. Often, another person will give you a different answer.
You can also ask to speak with a (more experienced) departmental specialist. For example, if you call for help with FBA issues, you can ask to be transferred to the FBA department. The first support representative might question you and try to help you themselves, but stay determined.
There is a catalog department, an advertising department, even a feeds department that can help you do flat file uploads. You will discover other departments over time, either in the community forum or when you call Amazon for support.
To access seller support:
1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account, scroll down, and click “Contact Seller Support.” This brings up the main support screen with links to different issues you might be facing.
2. Select the best option for your issue, and continue to select options until you get to the final contact screen.
3. Enter the appropriate information regarding your issue.
If your issue isn’t addressed by the top solutions, you can contact Amazon seller support by phone, email, or chat.
