Option A: Setup a USA Company

To setup your Amazon Seller Central account, you need
a bank account from one of these countries:

United States
United Kingdom
Eurozone:
Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland,
France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg,
Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia,
and Spain.

If you’re not in one of these countries, don’t worry. It’s possible to get up and running selling on Amazon no matter where you are in the world. We have successful students from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, China, Trinidad and Tobego, South Africa, Brazil, and many other parts of the world.

We’re providing you with four options to get setup selling on Amazon for people outside of the USA and not in the other countries listed as acceptable bank account locations.

OPTION A: Setup a USA Company

For those outside of the USA that are going to be selling on Amazon.com, setting up a USA company is, in my opinion, the best option for the long-term.

Setting up your own USA-based company is easier than you think and provides you credibility with suppliers, good legal protection, and makes everything you do on Amazon easier. The only downside to this strategy is that it is a bit more expensive than the other options. However, if you can do it, use the information below to setup your own USA-based company that you’ll be able to use for the rest of your life

How to Setup a USA-Based Company from Outside the USA

First, you need to apply for an EIN number with the United States IRS here:

Second, you’ll want to hire a company that sets up Nevada corporations for people outside the United States such as these people that have successfully helped our members:

Third, you can use the company that helps get you setup with a USA-based Nevada corporation as your registered agent and should be able to use them for a mailing address.
But, if you still need a physical mailing address in the USA, you can used a service that I used for all my business mailing, Earth Class Mail (http://www.earthclassmail.com) to get setup with a physical mailing address. They’ll even scan your physical mail and email everything to you so you never have to touch (or receive) any physical mail.
