Purpose

Press Releases can be a massive source of REAL, BUYER traffic for your Amazon product. The cool thing is, you have a POWERFUL tool that’s included with your Amazing Selling Machine membership to do up to 3 press releases PER DAY (would cost you between $75-$240/day with other services outside the ASM membership).

But, you want to make sure you get immediate, trackable results from your press release campaigns when launching your Amazon product. So, for this Listing Boost Method traffic strategy, you’re going to include a coupon code when you launch multiple press releases over a short period of time.

IMPORTANT:

1.    This is just one of the Listing Boost Method traffic strategies you can use to get a burst of traffic to your Amazon product.

2.    This strategy can work for ANYONE, no matter what kind of product you’re selling.

3.    You’ll get your best results from doing multiple press releases.

Overview

With this strategy, you’ll be writing and releasing four press releases in a row (one per day for four days). Each press release will contain a coupon code for your product to get a big discount.

Your Press Release Launch Schedule:

•    Day 1: X% Off Coupon Goes Live Tomorrow

•    Day 2: X% Off Coupon Live Today (Limited Quantity)

•    Day 3: X% Off Coupon Live Running Out

•    Day 4: X% Off Coupon (LAST DAY)

You’ll want your coupon code to be good for 3 days only and be as significant as you’re comfortable with (e.g., 70% off is going to be way more effective than 10% off). The good thing is, you can turn off the coupon code at anytime from within your Manage Promotions area of Seller Central.

So, the first thing you need to do is create your coupon code that lasts 3 days.

Writing and Publishing Your Press Releases

Now that you’ve created your coupon code, you’re ready to start publishing your press releases.

Even though the purpose of these press releases is to generate sales, they should still be newsworthy and content-focused. Make sure you follow the training and guidelines in the membership for these press releases.

All you’ll want to do is somewhere in the middle or at the bottom, include a snippet about your product promotion, give readers the coupon code, and include a link to your Amazon product.

Press Release #1: The Day Before Your Coupon Goes Live

This press release should help build up anticipation about your product launch and provide readers with the coupon code even though it won’t work until the next day.

Press Release #2: The First Day Your Coupon is Live

This press release should announce that your coupon code is now live.

Press Release #3: The Second Day Your Coupon is Live

This press release should say “supplies are running out” for your limited time coupon offer.

Press Release #4: The Last Day Your Coupon is Live

This press release should let people know that this is the LAST DAY the coupon is active.
